Analysis and Design of Concrete Sections
spWall is a computer program for design and analysis of reinforced concrete cast-in-place walls, tilt-up walls, ICF walls, and precast architectural and load-bearing panels. It uses a graphical interface that enables the user to easily generate complex wall models. The geometry of the wall (including any number of openings and siffeners), the material properties, the loads (point, line, and area), and the support conditions are assigned graphically by the user. Also, springs (translational and rotational) can be graphically assigned at any node.

The Most Powerful spWall Is Here!

The most significant upgrade to spWall since its inception features a pioneering interface for intuitive modeling, fast results, logical reporting, and sophisticated tools all cleverly integrated into a simple and friendly workspace.

Create and Edit Concrete Wall Models in spWall

Start with a template or create a grid based on structural drawings to set up the wall geometry and openings for doors and windows. Define and assign loads and supports using nodes and stiffeners using familiar CAD tools to move, resize, duplicate, mirror, align, and split objects.

spWall Solver Options, Mesh Optimization, Graphical Results and Tables

Starting with spWall v10.00, wall models are generated using structural members that are discretized by the program to automatically generate a finite element mesh for analysis. User can define maximum allowed mesh size, maximum allowed aspect ratio, and circle segments.

spWall Reporting Results and Import/Export Options

spWall features a modern reporter enabling the user to view, customize, print and export reports in different formats and generate professional project submittals. Users can include as little or as much detail required in a report along with detailed screenshots of contours and diagrams added to the report to describe structural behavior.

spWall Templates Module

Templates are predefined wall systems for creating models in spWall simply, quickly, and accurately for most typical wall applications. spWall users can select from a comprehensive set of wall categories and customize various parameters including number of stories, panels, parapets, support and restraint conditions and many others. Models are ready in minutes to run analysis with automatic meshing and start reviewing design results.
