| I got "Can't run 16-bit Windows program" error. What should I do? |
| This error may happen if the length of the directory name in the path to the spFrame executable is more than 8 characters long. Please uninstall the program, and then reinstall the program in a short path. For example, "C:\spFrame\" is good, while "C:\Program Files\spFrame\" is not good because "Program Files" is more than 8 characters long. |
